The day we dug up the small pond and flattened the hill, Noah found a small treasure crawling in our garage covered in dirt. It was a very teeny Red Eared Slider - a turtle! Daddy gave Noah permission to keep him and Noah's first pet was 'born'! Noah named him "Tucker". Papa Gene helped Noah put together a terrarium for Tucker which is really a very large, flat pan from Mimi with two rocks, a sea shell, a piece of tree and water in it. Noah helps clean Tucker's bowl weekly and feed Tucker every other day. Noah asks to "see if Tucker is okay" often. Tucker is a great addition to the Goodnight family and a good lesson in responsibility for Noahbear.
