Snow Day #2: Like I said in the previous "Snow Day" post, it was only 10 degrees today. It's suppose to get down in the negatives tonight=like -3. Yikes. The wind was down, so being out in the snow this morning was more enjoyable. It is so white and bright outside that it hurts. You almost need to wear sunglasses. And then when you come in, you are pretty much blinded adjusting to the darkness of being indoors. Noah was desperate to build Frosty today, but the snow is still too powdery. So Frosty will have to wait. Hopefully tomorrow we can bring him to life. It is quite a hassle getting all bundled up to play outside for ten minutes. I found myself getting annoyed dressing myself and Noah, but the pictures are worth the hassle.
Noah did not nap today. After our game of Memory, Noah laid down on the floor and fell asleep within seconds. I scooped him up and put him on the couch. It was too late in the afternoon for a nap. He wouldn't go to bed if I let him sleep, so I sat him up. He was way too tired I guess because he fell asleep anyway. Snow Day #2 wore him out. :) Looking forward to Snow Day #3.
