Today was a sweet family day. Cody came home from the station this morning. Noah got up with Daddy and had some breakfast while I got to sleep in. We got around and went to the gym. Then Daddy had an epiphany to have lunch in the park.
We stopped to get McAlister's and headed to Brookhaven Park in Norman. It was a gorgeous day. After lunch, we played. Noah loves the swing! He giggled and grunted with excitement! Daddy and Noah went down the slide. Noah is very interested in the blooming trees. He keeps looking up and pointing. He wore his sunglasses which accentuate his chubby cheeks. He's just too cute.
In all my 26 years, I have never found a four-leaf clover. While we were relaxing on the picnic blanket, I was daydreaming about the many recesses I spent searching aimlessly for a four-leaf clover. Within a matter of seconds of that daydream, I found one! And then another one just before we left! Two four-leaf clovers on St. Patty's Day in the park! It was a fun and relaxing day!
