We jumped the gun in bathroom renovation and got a few new seats in the Goodnight House - two new toilets by
AquaSource that are push button dual flush which means the
toilets conserve water. Cody did a great job pulling out the old toilets which were constantly running and didn't flush properly. It's so nice to have confidence that our toilets will flush!
The old toilets were all one piece. The tank was attached so that made removing the toilets incredibly heavy. Noah was surprised to see how clean the pipes underneath his potty were considering what does down there...
Cody finished off the
backsplash in the kitchen. He picked out a mosaic glass tile that matched the colors in the granite
countertops - black, brown, tan and a coppery gold which also compliment the copper antique tin
backsplash on the majority of the kitchen walls. He used the same mosaic glass tiles to complete the kitchen windowsill. It looks fantastic!!! One of my favorite things about this house is standing at the sink in the kitchen and looking out the kitchen window to see the nature outside. Now I have a beautiful windowsill to complete my view!
