Noahbear is 3!
On Wednesday, March 9th we took mini cupcakes to school for Noah to share with his friends. Ms. Abby took pictures since Mommy was teaching, so I didn't miss any of the fun. Noah was very bashful and hid his face when the class sang "Happy Birthday" to him. The blue icing stained the kids' hands and faces...whoops.
Then it was the BIG day...
Fun card from Uncle Steve, Aunt Terri and Cousins Jeremy, Holly and Erik from Wisconsin!
We had breakfast at Ozzie's, a little diner at Max Westheimer airport in Norman. All you can eat for $5. And you get to watch the little planes take off and land!
After our bellies were full, we headed to Westwood Golf Course to hit some balls. Cody and I bought Noah his very own set of golf clubs...A lefty set complete with a putter, driver and a few irons. Noah was so excited to have clubs just like Daddy.
Daddy trying out Noah's new 'little' driver...
Just before noon, we packed up the clubs and headed to the park near the golf course to play. We had a great time. It was such a beautiful day.
We headed home for a much-needed nap. Then Mommy had to go to school for parent/teacher conferences that evening, so Daddy and Noah spent time having fun. First stop was Andy Alligators to bowl and play putt putt.

Noah prefers Hey Day! to Andy Alligators, so the boys headed across the street to play games at Hey Day! Noah got right to work shoving coins into the slots and collecting tickets.

After they worked up their appetites playing games, the boys headed to Noah's favorite place "chicken nuggets" which we all know better as Chik-fil-a. The boys enjoyed dinner together and then played in the play area. The boy finished their evening just in time to meet Mommy back home for bedtime.
And then to top off the day, we jumped in the bouncy house by moon light! A former student's parents rented it to us for a reduced rate and let us keep it through the weekend. (Gotta love teacher perks!) What a very fun and full day we had celebrating a very special 3rd birthday!
