'Let's Celebrate' with Disney on Ice! Noah and I were treated by Nana, Cody's mom, to see Disney on Ice at the State Fair with her and Masha, Cody's 13-year-old sister. The show was all about celebrating holidays! We had a blast!! Our seats were right on the floor! To the side and a little behind the front stage, but still great seats!

Noah was really impressed with the spinning light up toy that he had to have. Of course, we did Disney on Ice right! The light up toy AND cotton candy complete with a mouseketeer hat!

The first celebration was a 'Very Merry Unbirthday' party. I definitely felt like I was ten years old again. I know the songs to every Disney movie just about. One of my favorite ones is
Alice in Wonderland. I was tickled to see her in the show!

Daisy and Minnie posed for a quick shot before skating off to the other side of the rink. Noah was happily saying hello!

Then the party had to be cleaned up, so Mickey brought out his brooms from
Fantasia. The brooms' costumes glowed in the dark and even brooms descended from the ceiling over the stage. It was very, very cool. Noah's eyes were glued to the stage.

The next holiday was Halloween. Jack Skellington from the
Nightmare Before Christmas was an incredible skater. Beautiful triple axle! Songs 'This is Halloween' and 'The Pumpkin King' started to make Noah a little nervous, so he was quickly in my arms as the ghouls started skating around.

There was even more to this trick-or-treat number. All the Disney villains came to haunt Mickey Mouse! First to arrive was Cruella Deville from
101 Dalamatians. Noah was tickled to see her because he loves the 'puppy movie' as he calls it. He started saying, "No, no Cruella." He says that when Cruella tries to take the puppies in the movie. Jafar from
Aladdin, the witch from
Snow White, Captain Hook from
Peter Pan and Maleficent from
Sleeping Beauty all showed up to make trouble. The crowd of children had to yell 'boo' really loud to scare away the villains and it worked! :)

Then it was time to make all Minnie's dreams come true. She was waiting for her Prince Charming. And who better to make her wish comes true than the Fairy Godmother from
Cinderella. We all had to say the magic words 'Bibbity Bobbity Boo" to make the princesses appear! Noah was quite bored throughout this number, but Masha and I were fascinated! Cinderella and Prince Charming, Belle and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty and her prince, Mulan and Prince Jian, Ariel and Prince Eric, Snow White and her prince and the newest princess Tiana and Prince Naveen from
The Princess and the Frog all danced. Of course, Minnie's dream came true. Mickey was dressed as her Prince Charming. Ahh!

The greatest part of the show came at the end with the celebration of Christmas. And who better to star in the finale than Buzz and Woody and all the
Toy Story toys! Noah was beyond thrilled! I was incredibly excited for him! He was pointing and shouting their names! "Buzz, Woody, Rex, Jesse, Ham!" Oh man. It was the best of the best. He still talks about seeing Buzz and Woody at the fair! We cannot wait to go again!

Buzz Lightyear - 'To infinity and beyond!"
