When the weather warms up, Cody starts spending time with his new car, Beatrice. She lives in the garage. Two Christmases ago, I surprised Cody with a 1971 International Harvester Scout 800B. Mistake? Because I never see my husband? Or very clever? Because I get the couch and tv to myself? Cody is loving it. It's a great learning experience AND bonding time with Noah. I'm loving watching him enjoy Beatrice so much! Right now Beatrice is getting all new tires and brakes. She just got a new radio and surround sound stereo system. On the to-do list is replace the floor pans, put in a backseat seat belt so we all can ride and get Beatrice a new coat of paint. She's a work in progress. Hopefully by the time Noah is sixteen, he'll have something to drive.
