We've been in this house almost a year.  Half the house is remodel with a few minor touch ups needed like vent covers, paint and new light switches.  Next up on the "To Remodel" list is Noah's bedroom, but we've got to store up a little nest egg before we can begin.  So we've put our concentration on the yard for now.  One, because it's free and two, because it's desperately needed.  We've done a lot - trees down, bush uprooted, yard mowed, flowers planted, but there is still LOTS to do.  We haven't even been here in a year and look how great it looks!!!!
